H bar H Farms is located just east of Portland, Oregon, in the small rural community of Boring. You read that correctly, the community is named Boring. We bought our farm in the fall of 1991. Over the years, we have raised many animals including cattle, chickens, upland game birds, hogs and sheep. Our first Fainting goats, four young does, were purchased the summer of 2000. The following year we purchased a beautiful chocolate colored buck, and were soon on our way to establishing our herd. Our first goat kids were born in the spring of 2002.
We are committed to developing a quality herd of Fainters with correct conformation, gentle temperament, and beautiful color. All our breeding stock are registered with the Myotonic Goat Registry, and the International Fainting Goat Association. All goats have tested CAE, CL, Johne's and Brucellosis free, and are groomed, wormed and vaccinated on a regular schedule.
